WHAT TO EXPECT
Looking to have a home inspection done and not sure how the process goes?

BOOK.
Follow the links on the home page to request to book an inspection. You can select the time and date that works best for your schedule and deadlines.
Following this you will get confirmation of your booking by either email or text message. If anything changes, a qualified home inspector will be in touch.

The day before your scheduled inspection, you will get a reminder notification as well so you don't have any surprises. You will also receive a pre-inspection agreement form at that time, outlining what the inspector needs from you before he can properly complete your home inspection.
INSPECT.
We pride ourselves in the quality of care that goes into your home inspection. We are very detailed and try our best to ensure that you don't have any headaches in the future. We value you having an informed decision when choosing to purchase or not purchase the home.

We examine the house from the foundation to the rooftop, including the grounds and any outbuildings that might be present. As inspectors we are not allowed to remove anything or damage anything to view, access, or inspect fully. We do the best we can with our eyes and the advanced tools that we carry. If we aren't able to access something to inspect it, that will be outlined in the report as "not inspected" or "not accessible".

REPORT.
We do our very best to serve you with punctuality. No one likes to wait, especially when you have such a big decision on your hands. You want to know the details and make an informed decision on whether or not to make this next home yours.

Our commitment to you is to share our final report with you as soon as possible so you aren't left wondering and waiting.
Most clients receive their published report within 24 hours.
Our report will be full of details of what we found, our recommendations, multiple photos, and bonus tips for home buyers. It is a digital report that can be printed or accessed online for your convenience.
